From concept to completed jewelry piece,
we can incorporate your design and my jewelry knowledge to create a perfectring that you can be

  Hand carved by professional craftsman, they can bring out your design onto reality and make a concept into a real work of art




the completed wax is then placed in a cylinder flask where it is covered with a plaster investment that dries and hold the wax in place before being placed in a oven for evaporation		  



After the investment dries, the cylinder is placed in a kiln oven and left for several hours to evaporate the wax inside and leave a perfect impression in the cylinder




When the cylinder has cooled from the oven, it is placed in a centrifugal casting machine, where the cylinder is placed in a holding cup and is wound up. Gold is melted in a cup that shoots through g-force from the machine shooting directly into the cylinder and filling in the empty space of the wax and forming into the your design and beginning the final process for completion
