Clarity
A diamond's clarity rating directly affects its brilliance and price. All
diamonds have imperfections called inclusions and blemishes. A diamond is said
to be flawless if, under 10X magnification, no external imperfections are
visible and no internal flaws are visible. A truly flawless diamond is
extremely rare and is priced accordingly.
All gem-grade diamonds can receive a clarity rating based on an industry
standard scale: FL (flawless) to I3 (heavily included).
D. Diamante rejects flaws that many other jewelers accept. D. Diamante will
never accept black inclusions, chips, surface inclusions, and laser drill
holes. D. Diamante enforces clarity standards most others chose to ignore. We
do this to sell more brilliant and beautiful diamonds.
Inclusions visible to the naked eye are rejected Of the 11 clarity grades, D.
Diamante only sells the top 6 D. Diamante only sells diamonds that are never
heat-treated, color-adjusted, or augmented with foreign materials. D. Diamante
diamonds are inspected before and after being set
